Buy The Amulet are Finalists For Theatre Awards
We’re thrilled that our project to reopen the Amulet is a finalist at the Great British Theatre Awards 2026, which recognises theatres and their champions who making an outstanding contribution to UK cultural life. Some of our team will be attending the awards ceremony in Central Hall, Westminster on 2nd November 2026.
The Amulet has been nominated for the ‘Shining Star’ award, which is given to an individual or group who have made an outstanding contribution to create, save or adapt a theatre building for the community.
The Theatres Trust say “whether through campaigning or leadership, these finalists have worked tirelessly to secure the futures of their local theatres. They represent people who know the importance of thriving theatres to the vitality and wellbeing of communities”.
