There was a volunteers’ meeting in Shepton Mallet library on Wednesday 31st January 2024; from 7pm to 9pm, with 47 in attendance.
The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the ideas put forward so far on how the building should be used and also to seek volunteers to help with creating the business plan and grant applications.

The bar will be open at 6:30pm and the meeting will start at 7pm. The main purpose will be to discuss progress to date, with opportunities to ask questions.
A public questionnaire was carried out in December 2023, to find out how the building was used in the past and how everyone would like to see it used in the future. You can find a summary of the over 500 responses to the questionnaire here.
